A patch machine is a device used to place the placement of high -speed and high precision components. The operation of the SMT patch machine is programmed. More specifically, the instructions given by the algorithm format or the syntax that can be recognized by the machine are given. These tasks can ensure that the patch machine can carry out the welding of patches according to BOM and greeted data in the process of processing the customer’s SMT. Each SMT patch treatment plant has its own programming or coding programs. There are many small flexible mounting software available on the market. We can also buy relevant offline professional programming software on the market according to our own needs. At the same time, the general equipment will also be equipped with programming software provided with the manufacturer’s advanced patch machine.
Let us now use BV-TC1706 as an example to explain the programming steps for the chipset.
1. Software interface
The software work interface includes the following elements:
(1) Zone of the main menu. The first level menu of the software system allows users to define basic settings, machine settings and modification programs.
(2) Imageto showarea. Display the images of Mark cameras, high -speed cameras and precision cameras in real time.
(3) Production parameters. Adjust the tolerance value of each camera, patch speed, starting position and actions after opening the safety door
(4) The state of the system. Used to display normal operation or machine failure state during patch treatment.
(5) Production model. The production method is the work method of the patch machine during normal operation. In production mode, “open” means opening a compiled PCB program. And “Create” means recreating a PCB program.
(6) System time. Indicates the current system time.
