What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe you’ve received a defective product:

  • Contact our support team for evaluation
  • For verified manufacturing defects, we cover US return shipping costs
  • Refurbished items may be returned within 90 days for refund or credit

How to initiate a return

Our technical team provides lifetime support to optimize your equipment performance. You may be eligible to return non-special-order items within 30 days of shipment for:

  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Product exchange

To request a return authorization:

  1. Email info@topooptix.com with your order details
  2. You’ll receive confirmation within 24-48 hours
  3. Follow the return instructions provided

Important guidelines

For efficient processing:

  • Returns must include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging
  • Original product boxes must be unmarked with intact UPC codes
  • Use trackable shipping (FedEx/UPS recommended) with insurance
  • Avoid adhesives that damage packaging
  • Note: Free shipping costs will be deducted from refunds

Special order items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom-configured products
  • Installed/used items
  • Oversized/overweight items
  • Clearance products
  • Personal audio products*

*Due to hygiene considerations, earbuds, headphones, and microphones cannot be returned.

Restocking fees apply for:

  • Products missing accessories/packaging
  • Items with damaged packaging
  • Returns after promotional redemptions
