What are recently discontinued “A” stock products?
Our recently discontinued “A” stock products meet “new product specifications”. These products have not been sold at the time of your purchase, but are being phased out in preparation for new products to be launched.
What are refurbished products?
Our refurbished products include evaluation machines, customer return machines, and machines with cosmetic defects. These products are retested and determined to meet Topooptix quality standards before being sold as refurbished machines. Their performance may be slightly lower than that of new Topooptix products.
How to check inventory?
The products shown on sale in the store are in stock. If you need more quantity, you can directly consult online customer service.
We confirm the price of a Product as part of our order processing procedures. In the unlikely event that a price stated on our web site is incorrect, then the following applies: if a Product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the Product. If a Product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Topooptix.com offers shipping via FedEx and USPS. We currently offer Ground and Two-Day shipping options. Shipping carriers are determined by Topooptix. To learn more about Topooptix’s shipping options, read here.
Please note: Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping and other associated costs.
All new products from the Topooptix online store are backed by a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. Topooptix refurbished products are backed by a fifteen (15) day money back guarantee.
New (“A Stock”) products may be returned for a refund or credit within thirty (30) days of receipt. Refurbished (“B Stock”) products may be returned for a refund or credit within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
If a Topooptix package arrives in poor condition and shows obvious signs of shipping damage, please refuse the package and call Topooptix Customer Support immediately. Any shipping damaged device must be reported to Topooptix within two (2) business days to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Any request for a refund or credit must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA number). To obtain an RMA number, please call Topooptix. You may also submit a request online at our Online Support Center by clicking here.
The customer is responsible for any damage and/or missing parts. If you are returning a promotional bundle, you must include all items in the bundle, including cables and accessories. Please use the original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage to the product.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box (failure to provide an RMA number will delay your request). If the original packaging is not available, please use sufficiently sturdy packaging to protect it (Topooptix is not responsible for damage during return to Topooptix). Please return the package within fifteen (15) days (refurbished products) or thirty (30) days (new products) from the date you received the product to the following address:

The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) was signed into law on October 21, 1998, with the primary purpose of preventing state and local governments from imposing new or discriminatory taxes on Internet transactions and Internet access. All shipments are subject to applicable taxes and are automatically calculated when a customer places an order. All taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
